Church Treasurers of Canada Inc.

As a member of Church Treasurers of Canada Inc. the organization will:

	1.	Maintain a proper financial accounting system and produce annual operating statements and balance sheets.
	2.	Comply with federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
	3.	Maintain honest and open communications when dealing with individual donors, members and the general public.
	4.	Guard the confidential personal information of all donors and members.
	5.	Avoid situations where the treasurer is placed in a conflict of interest.
