Membership Application
If you would like to receive the advantages listed on the Benefits Page:
1.
Print and complete an application form to become a member of Church Treasurers of Canada Inc.
2.
Attach a cheque for your first year of membership fees and mail to the address at the bottom of the application form,
-- OR --
Complete the Visa or Mastercard information and either:
a.
Mail the application to the address at the bottom of the form,
-- OR --
b.
Fax the application to the number at the bottom of the form.

The Adobe Reader is required to view (and print) the application forms. To install the free Adobe Reader, please follow this link.
A completed application also serves as an endorsement of the Church Treasurers of Canada Inc. Code of Ethics and will assist us in setting a standard for church treasurers.
After your application is approved, you will receive a membership certificate that may be framed for your office.
You may rest assured that our membership list will never be sold, traded or made available to others. You may refer to our privacy policy for further information in this regard.
